Migrating 20 Mailboxes, Including a 143 GB Inbox, With Zero Data Loss

Safety System Group needed to move 20 mailboxes, including one oversized 143 GB mailbox, off Google Workspace and onto Microsoft 365 without losing historical data or disrupting day-to-day communication with customers and vendors.

Prismware planned and executed a full mailbox migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 across 20 mailboxes, including a 143 GB mailbox that required careful staging to migrate cleanly. During the transition, Prismware also identified and resolved a Teams federation issue caused by a trial-tenant access restriction, ensuring external collaboration worked correctly from day one on the new platform.

All 20 mailboxes, including the 143 GB request mailbox, were migrated to Microsoft 365 without data loss. A Teams federation issue caused by a trial-tenant restriction was diagnosed and resolved, and Safety System Group now runs fully on Microsoft 365 with clean, supported collaboration tools.
